Q - How much does shipping cost?
A - For retail customers we offer free shipping on orders over $99 and a flat rate of $9.99 for orders up to $99. Free shipping does not apply to wholesale orders. Wholesale orders are charged flat rate $9.99 shipping.
Q - What is the minimum order for retail customers?
A - There is no minimum order for retail orders, you can order just one item if you like. If you order over $100 you will receive free shipping on your order.
Q - What is the minimum order for wholesale orders?
A - The minimum order is $75. You must order cards in the following minimum quantities -- Glitter and photo cards order a least 3 of each design -- Note cards at least 4 or each design -- Gift enclosures at least 4 of each design and then increments of 2 cards. Orders that don't have the minimum quantities will be held until we can contact you to adjust the order quantities.
Q - How long does an order take?
A - All cards are made to order and ship in 10-21 days. Smaller orders may ship faster.
Q - Can I get cards or photos with unique glittering or have my own images glittered?
A - Yes, we do acommondate special requests for card designs. Please contact us for details and pricing.
Q - If I buy a product online and return it to the store, do I get the shipping charges back?
A - No. All shipping charges are not refundable.
Q - Do the images on the screen look exactly like what I will receive?
We have made every effort to make the images we display on this web site as accurate as possible. However, due to differences in computer screen settings and calibrations, images will vary from screen to screen and usually look slightly different then the actual product.
Q - If I receive a product and it was damaged in shipping or is defective, how long does it take to get a new one?
Replacement orders will be sent out within 48 hours as long as we have it available.
