Wholesale Card Purchasing Information

Purchasing cards and gifts from Waban Gallery Cards at wholesale prices is available to retail stores who want to resell our cards and gifts in their store. Wholesale pricing is not available for personal use purchases.

Ordering and Purchasing Requirements and Set up:

• Wholesale purchasing is available to retail resellers only.
• Create an account on Wabangallerycards.com
• Once account is set up ,contact us by phone or email. We will verify your reseller status and have wholesale pricing turned on.
• Purchases may also be made by phone at 617-964-2161

• PLEASE NOTE: As of January 1st, 2024, we no longer offer net 30 terms. All payments are with credit card or arrangements can be made for payments though Zelle.

Purchasing Minimums:

• When placing an order please let us know if you want the cards pre-priced on the back. Put (YES PRICE THEM) in ORDER NOTES at check out.
• $90 minimum purchase per order.
• 5x7 folded glittered and un-glittered photo cards - Must order at least 4 cards of same image.
• 5 1/2 x 4 1/4 folded note photo cards - Must order at least 4 cards of same image.
• 3 1/2 x 2 1/2 gift enclosure cards - Must order at least 6 cards of same image.
• 6 x 4 postcards - Must order at least 9 cards of same image.
• Magnets - Must order 4 of same image.
• Matted or framed images - 1 of each image.
• Full wrap 5x7 photo card - Must order 6 of same image.

Personalization Options:

We produce all the products we sell, so most of them can be modified or personalized. If you have a specific image you want to make a card out of or a message you want printed on the cards, please contact us for pricing and capabilities.

Production Time:

Typical production time is 7 - 14 days. We make each card and gift as they are ordered so production times can vary throughout the year due to product demand.  We can let you know the current turnaround times when an order is placed.
